Yes. We are fully HIPAA compliant. Your medical data is strictly confidential and is never shared with the state recreational database or any third parties without your explicit consent.

Do I need a medical card first?

No. You can speak with us before getting your card. In fact, many patients start with a consultation to determine if cannabis therapy is right for them before proceeding with state registration.

Does insurance cover this?

Currently, most insurance providers do not cover cannabis consultations due to federal regulations. However, we offer sliding scale options and bundle credits for veterans and seniors.
