We only collect the business information you voluntarily provide through our "System Audit" intake form. This includes your name, dispensary name, location count, and current technical setup, such as your POS or menu provider.

Additionally, we use privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible Analytics) to see how visitors interact with our site. This data is completely anonymous; we do not use cookies, and we do not track or collect personal identifiers like IP addresses or names through these tools.

02. Data Usage and Security

Your business data is never sold, rented, or shared with third-party marketing firms. We use the information you provide solely to analyze your storefront and prepare for our 15-minute strategy call. We treat all infrastructure details as strictly confidential and handle them with industry-standard encryption protocols. All technical reviews are performed under the umbrella of a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

03. Third-Party Integrations

Keka Systems architects connections between your storefront and third-party providers, such as Dutchie, Cova, or Alpine IQ. Please note that we do not control the individual privacy practices of these platforms. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of your specific POS and marketing providers to understand how they handle your customer data.
