Terms of Service

01. The Service

Keka Systems provides high-end technical consulting and storefront architecture for licensed cannabis dispensaries. By requesting a System Audit, you are engaging in a professional review of your current infrastructure. We reserve the right to decline project requests that do not align with our technical standards or capacity.

02. Audit and Strategy Calls

The 15-minute intro call and initial System Audit are diagnostic in nature. While we provide expert recommendations during these sessions, the delivery of a full system build requires a separate, signed Master Service Agreement (MSA) and a project deposit.

03. Intellectual Property

All custom code, architectural blueprints, and "Better Tech" systems developed by Keka Systems remain the property of Keka Systems until full payment is received. Unauthorized use of our proprietary integration methods is strictly prohibited.

04. Compliance and Legal

Keka Systems builds tools to help you stay compliant with state laws, but we are not legal counsel. You are ultimately responsible for ensuring your dispensary operates within the regulations of your specific state and local jurisdiction.

05. Limitation of Liability

We architect high-performance connections between your site and third-party tools like Dutchie or Cova. Keka Systems is not responsible for downtime or data errors caused by these third-party providers.
